TGForge Marketplace Guidelines
Effective Date: September 5, 2024Welcome to the TGForge Marketplace, where developers, creators, and entrepreneurs come together to buy, sell, and trade their digital products and services. To maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, we have established the following guidelines:
1. Prohibited Content 
To ensure the integrity and safety of our community, the following types of content are strictly forbidden:- Malware: Any software or scripts designed to harm, exploit, or steal data from users or their devices.
- HYIP & Scams: High-yield investment programs (HYIP), Ponzi schemes, and other fraudulent investment opportunities are not allowed.
- Token Stealers: Tools or scripts that steal or intercept tokens, passwords, or any form of sensitive data.
- Discord Hacks: No scripts or tools aimed at exploiting, hacking, or disrupting Discord or its users.
- RAT Software: Remote Access Trojans (RATs) and any software that provides unauthorized control over another user's device are strictly prohibited.
- Phishing Tools: No tools or services designed to deceive users into providing personal or sensitive information.
2. Code Verification & Testing 
- Mandatory Testing: Every piece of code submitted to the marketplace will undergo thorough testing by our team. This includes checking for malware, vulnerabilities, and overall functionality.
- Approval Process: Only after passing our tests will the code be listed as active and available for purchase or download.
- Regular Audits: Periodic audits will be conducted to ensure ongoing compliance with our security standards.
3. Quality Standards 
- Documentation: All products must include comprehensive documentation, including installation instructions, usage guidelines, and support information.
- Support: Sellers are required to provide reasonable support for their products. This includes answering user inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Updates: Sellers should regularly update their products to fix bugs, add new features, and ensure compatibility with the latest technologies.
4. Ethical Selling Practices 
- Transparency: Be honest about the features, capabilities, and limitations of your products. Misleading descriptions or false advertising will result in removal from the marketplace.
- Fair Pricing: Set fair and competitive prices for your products. Price gouging or exploiting users with excessive fees will not be tolerated.
- No Refund Abuse: Refund policies must be clear and fair. Abusing refund requests to gain access to products without payment will lead to disciplinary action.
5. Reporting Violations 
- Community Enforcement: If you encounter any product or seller that violates these guidelines, please report them immediately. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
- Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for violations of these guidelines. Offenders will face penalties, including suspension or permanent ban from the marketplace.
